Where Athletic Development, Community, and Purpose Connect

Elite Edge Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to developing youth through sports, mentorship, and intentionally designed experiences. Built as a centralized hub, Elite Edge brings together training camps, competitive teams, skill development, and community events under one mission-driven platform.

Founded by Odartey and Tia Blankson, Elite Edge is rooted in a family whose life has been shaped by basketball, coaching, education, and youth development. Married for 11 years, Odartey and Tia are raising three sons—Odartey Blankson Jr., O’Shea Blankson, and Nazir Blankson—all basketball prospects within their respective age groups, with Odartey Jr. currently competing at the Division I level.

For the Blankson family, athletics are more than competition. They are a powerful tool for building confidence, discipline, leadership, accountability, and connection. Elite Edge programs are designed to challenge young athletes physically while supporting their development as individuals, students, teammates, and future leaders—on the court and beyond it.

Throughout the year, Elite Edge hosts youth camps, provides elite-level basketball training, supports competitive team play, and curates community-centered events and galas that bring families together and reinforce values of commitment, teamwork, and legacy.

With a focus on structure, accountability, and opportunity, Elite Edge creates environments where athletes are seen, supported, and pushed to grow—while families remain connected to a larger purpose.

At its core, Elite Edge Foundation exists to develop well-rounded athletes, strong character, and lasting impact through sports and community.
