Monthly Curriculum Selection & Academic Planning Form

To help us support students during academic hours and maintain scholarship accountability, all families are required to submit a monthly academic progress report.

This form should be completed by the 1st of each month and provides our staff with an overview of your student’s current academic progress, upcoming coursework, and any areas where additional support may be needed.

Submission of this form is required for students receiving scholarship-supported tuition.
