Tia Blankson is the driving force behind the daily operations, programming, and environment at Elite Edge. With nearly a decade of experience teaching and mentoring youth through After School Matters in Chicago, along with a professional background in education, arts, and wellness, she brings both structure and soul to the camp. Tia designs and leads the recreational portion of each day, ensuring campers have a safe, engaging, and balanced experience beyond the court. As Camp Director, she manages scheduling, communication, and coordination to keep everything running smoothly and with care.
