Tia Blankson brings a dynamic blend of creative leadership, organizational strategy, and performance experience to Elite Edge Foundation. An accomplished recording artist and live performer, known professionally as Shah Brielle, she has independently written, produced, and released original music while building a growing audience and brand. Her work reflects discipline, consistency, and the ability to execute at a professional level — skills she now channels into the Foundation’s operations and growth.

Through years of managing creative projects, coordinating events, and building platforms from the ground up, Tia developed strong expertise in branding, communication, program planning, and community engagement. She has successfully organized large-scale events, youth programming initiatives, and fundraising efforts that support the Foundation’s mission.

As both a leader and a mother, Tia is deeply committed to creating environments where young people are challenged, supported, and held to high standards. She married Odartey Blankson 11 years ago, and together they are raising their sons, O’Shea and Nazir Blankson, alongside her bonus son, Odartey Blankson Jr., Odartey’s eldest son. All three are promising basketball prospects within their respective age groups, making youth development and athletics deeply personal to their family.

Tia plays a central role in operational systems, family engagement, marketing strategy, and the long-term development of the programs she and Odartey have built together. Her perspective as both a mother and program leader helps shape an environment centered on discipline, opportunity, accountability, and the development of young people both on and off the court.
