By registering your child for Elite Edge: Train & Play Camp, you agree to the following terms:

1. Registration & Payment

• All camp spots must be reserved with full payment in advance.

• Spaces are limited to 5 participants per day.

• Payment confirms your child’s spot and schedule.

2. Cancellations & Credits

• We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

• If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled day, your payment will be credited toward a future camp date (based on availability).

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may still be credited at our discretion in the case of emergencies.

• No-shows without notice will not receive credit.

3. Late Pickup Policy

• Camp ends promptly at 3:00 PM.

• A $10 late fee will be charged for pickups more than 15 minutes late (after 3:15 PM).

• An additional $1 per minute will be charged after 3:30 PM.

• Repeated late pickups may result in loss of future camp access without credit.

4. Camp Safety & Supervision

• Camp is held in a private residential location with controlled access.

• All participants are supervised by qualified staff during camp hours.

• We reserve the right to remove any camper who exhibits unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior.

5. Health & Wellness

• If your child is sick, please keep them home for the safety of all campers.

• Notify us in advance of any food allergies, medical needs, or activity restrictions.

6. Media Release (Optional)

• By attending, you give permission for your child’s photo or video to be used in promotional materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Camp Schedule & Activities

• Camp runs from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily.

• Basketball training occurs in the mornings, followed by recreational activities and water play (on most days).

• Lunch and snack are included.
